YardBright strives to supply superior products to you. Sometimes, it does not work out, and we understand. The following terms apply to orders placed toYardBright directly. If your order was placed from someone other than from YardBright directly, please contact the seller as you may be subject to their return policies.

RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations) are required for ALL returns - whether used, unused, or for warranty returns. Contact us using one of the methods below. Receipts are not necessary as we will verify in our systems that you purchased the items through us. If we cannot identify you, we cannot issue an RMA. Packages without an RMA number clearly listed will be refused.

All products purchased directly from YardBright may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase with NO RESTOCKING FEE. The items must be new, unused and in its original packaging. After 30 days, products that are new and unused are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This restocking fee may be waived if a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed.

Returned items that have been used, altered, or have suffered physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.

If you believe an item is defective, please contact customer service for help. If the YardBright representative determines that the item is defective, they will issue an RMA number and follow with shipping labels if under warranty, or instructions if out of warranty and for repair only.

Shipping to destination or from destination is non-refundable.

Light Bulbs are not refundable unless it is deemed by a YardBright representative that it is defective.
